About the Artist

Brian Wiseman has been making art for as long as he can remember. It was in 6th grade when he was the only one in his school to receive the “best artist award” which ended up fueling his ego. He ended up attending the University of North Texas and graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Visual Arts Studies, a fancy way of saying certified art teacher.
He specializes in mixed media sculpture and within the last few years, he has started to include entomology specimens and taxidermy.
His artwork has always had an oddity related theme but he never realized what it was called until recently. He says he has finally found his nitch in the oddity world. He currently lives with his wife and 3 kids in Dallas Texas and teaches art at North Forney High School. See more of Brian's incredible work on Facebook at Skinny Boy Arts or on IG at @skinnyboyarts
